❌ Custom or Personalized Orders – We cannot accept returns on custom color choices or personalized designs.
❌ Used or Opened Items – Items must be unused and in original condition for return eligibility.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds
